The latest addition to the 7000 series dispensing robots, a Lead-free desktop robot compliant to RoHS regulations. A portable robot with up-to-date technology in Teach Pendant design and Lead-free stepping motor drive control systems. The I&J7900-LF is a robust industrial robot and has all the features found in higher costing dispensing robots.

I&J4100-LF 5.9" x 7.87" (150 x 200mm)

The I&J4100-LF has the smallest footprint in the I&J Fisnar series of desktop dispensing robots and is the most popular desktop dispensing robot with an unbeatable price and performance. The industrial robot is designed to justify the automation of any manual bench dispensing application. Fully compliant to CE standards with I&J Fisnar 4000 series unique and easy to use dispensing software.

I&J7300C 11.81" x 11.81" (300 X 300mm)

The I&J7300 is the second model in the I&J Fisnar 7000 series with additional I/O ports and greater Z axis penetration. The I&J7300 uses identical programming software as the I&J7900-LF. A Teach Pendant is included with all desktop robots for programming. The dispensing robot can dispense liquid gaskets, seals and dots with auto step and repeat.

I&J7400-LF 15.75" x 15.75" (400 x 400mm)

The largest working area dispensing robot in the I&J Fisnar 7000 dispensing desktop robots, these industrial robots are also available with a 4th axis. 7000 series robots interpolate in all axes for 3D dispensing of adhesives, silicones and UV Cure resins. It is also possible to have a vacuum pick and place system coupled with automatic dispensing to accept the part.

I&J4300-LF 11.81" x 11.81" (300 X 300mm)

The I&J4300-LF is a RoHS-compliant lead-free dispensing robot with a easy to use Teaching Pendant to control the robot. The I&J4300-LF uses identical programming software as the I&J4100-LF. The motor and base have been reinforced to allow larger and heavier tooling and parts.

I&J4400-LF 15.75" x 15.75" (400 x 400mm)

The largest robot in the I&J4000 series of benchtop robots. The I&J4400-LF has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 5 Kg and a worktable load of 10 Kg, making the system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications

I&J2200N 7.87" x 7.87" (200 x 200mm)

The 2000 series I&J Fisnar dispensing robots have higher resolution and repeatability although higher in cost than the 7000 series. The I&J2200N dispensing robot is available in 3 and 4 axes configurations. Programming software is similar to the 7000 series.

I&J2300N 11.81" x 12.60" (300 X 320mm)
A popular model for medium size precision dispensing with several I/O ports for multiple functions. Robots are available in 3 and 4 axes configurations. 2000 series robots are fully interpolating in all axes. Programming of all 2000 series dispensing robots is by teach pendant. Windows software is available for editing and storing a large selection of programs.

I&J2400N 15.75" x 15.75" (400 x 400mm)

The I&J2400N dispensing and industrial robot has one side open to allow for easy access of large work pieces. It's Z axis has 5.9" (150mm) of penetration. The system is available in 3 and 4 axes configurations.

I&J2500N 20.07" x 20.07" (510 x 510mm)

The I&J2500N dispensing robot is the largest of all the I&J Fisnar industrial desktop robots and has one side open to allow for the easy access of large work pieces. It's Z axis has 5.9" (150mm) of penetration. The system is available in 3 and 4 axes configurations.
