DV509 Diaphragm Valve - Shot Size 0.0001cc (0.1µl)

The DV509 is a diaphragm valve with a minimum shot size of 0.0001cc. The valve is designed to dispense cyanoacrylates, solvent, reagents, alcohols, and acids. A single part diaphragm and seal separates the wetted parts and allows for reduced maintenance. Valves to dispense UV cure and anaerobic materials are available.

VD510 Diaphragm Valve - Shot size 0.001cc (1µl)

A high cycling diaphragm valve that can provide more than 500 cycles per minute, the VD510 is suitable for automatic assembly requiring deposits of 1 microliter and above. UHMW-PE material is used for the diaphragm and valve head. The VD510 is suitable for cyanoacrylates, solvent, reagents, alcohols, and acids.

DSP501LF Valve Controller

The DSP501LF valve controller is designed to control the DV509 and VD510 diaphragm valves The DSP501LF provides a 3-way action to operate the valve's diaphragm, once the air pulse is removed the diaphragm snaps back to close the fluid intake. The controller also has a large solenoid that exhaust a large volume of air after the dispense operation which is needed to efficiently control the valve.
