Positive Displacement Dispensing Valves
The PDV1000 auger valve has been engineered to dispense small amounts of solder paste using positive displacement. The auger valve (commonly called a screw valve) is a servo driven system controlled by the I&J Fisnar PDC2000 for rotation speed, fluid pressure and reverse drive affecting snuff-back. The PDV1000 can also be used to dispense higher viscosity materials greater than 35,000cps.

The PDC-2000 Auger Valve Controller is designed to be used with the PDV-1000 Valve to provide rotation speed, fluid pressure, and snuff-back capability. All PDV-1000 Auger valves require the PDC-2000 Controller to operate.

The VDP150 Positive Displacement valve can volumetrically dispense material from 5,000cps to 20,000cps. The valve is adjustable from 0.005cc - to 0.015cc and is operated by a 4-way valve controller model VC-1195A to control the two internal check valves within the main body of the volumetric valve.
The VC-1195A Dispensing Valve Controller is designed to provide a faster cycle for any valve that has a secondary air input line. The second air line will snap the valve closed faster than with an internal spring closing system. This will allow for a higher cycle rate and reduce the amount of material that trapped in the valve after dispensing.
